As a strategic business development professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our company's goals.

Sales Strategy
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new target markets and customer segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and pain points. Your excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills will be crucial in crafting compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • 5+ years' of relevant work experience in Corporate training / B2B IT consulting and services.

Preferred candidates will have experience in dealing with corporate HR, L&D, and IT decision-makers, as well as familiarity with partner ecosystems like Microsoft, Google, VMware, Red Hat, AWS, etc.
