Job Title: Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our human resources and organizational development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement long-term HR operational strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the candidate experience through effective change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of HR technology tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms) to support the HR function, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., hiring managers, HR) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a leadership role, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices, including recruitment marketing, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
