Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role includes managing recruitment and selection processes, developing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The Human Resources Manager will also manage compensation and benefits, and contribute to the overall company strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment, selection processes, and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Skills in performance management and employee relations
- Experience in developing policies and coordinating training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage compensation and benefits programs
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
