Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution and assist in talent acquisition strategies.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in HR management preferred
