We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience and be available for a hybrid internship.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Develop and implement effective human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is an added advantage.
