Human Resources Director

We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and goals
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all employees
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that support business objectives
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an academic or knowledge-based institution
- Strong expertise in HRMS, ATS, and automation tools for streamlining HR workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
