Junior Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our finance team.

About the Role:

This position will provide financial support to senior leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decision-making and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance teams to provide financial insights and support to senior leaders.
  • Support the development of financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing recommendations to improve cost control, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of business cases for investment proposals and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in streamlining financial processes and improving reporting accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 6 years in a business partnering or FP&A role.
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore finance teams in a multinational organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Education / Qualifications:
  • University-qualified, MBA, CA/CWA Intermediate, and CA/CWA qualified.
  • Financial accountancy experience, including UK GAAP within a multinational organization, is an advantage.
