Financial Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial backbone, driving scalability and strategic growth.

This challenging position demands a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow into a strategic finance leader.

The successful candidate will oversee monthly and annual book closure, ensure accuracy of accounts, develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards, drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews. Additionally, this individual will establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance, ensuring statutory, investor, and audit requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, reporting, and communication skillset, with exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence. They will be able to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
