Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner Leader to drive business performance and financial growth in our organization. This role requires a strong background in finance and business partnering.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Insights: Independently develop and communicate financial analysis to drive business insights and influence decision-making in a complex environment.
  • Business Performance Management: Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance by providing financial/commercial expertise and insights while owning the delivery of financial targets and an effective control environment.
  • Investment Optimization: Drive investment optimization, including A&P measurement and evaluation, to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Credit and Collection Management: Oversee credit management, ensuring timely MIS circulation, credit block release, and improving credit block review systems.
  • Debtor Estimates/forecast Review: Regularly review debtor estimates and forecasts to ensure no risk in accounts receivable.

  • Strong Financial Background: Proven experience in finance and business partnering, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders and drive business performance through effective collaboration.
