We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Management Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a finance or outsourcing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
