Job Title: Business Finance Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and control financial reports, variance analysis, and cost reduction initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Drive timely and accurate financial closures in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Handle product costing, COGS/COGM, standard vs. actual cost analysis, and budgeting to optimize profitability.
  • Own capex, RM, and opex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive value engineering and cost optimization, and material accounting to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including RM, WIP, FG, and spares, to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Implement inventory reduction strategies in coordination with production teams.
  • Drive SAP-based reporting, automation, and controls to streamline processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation and efficiency projects to enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide finance inputs for new product launches, capex proposals, and vendor agreements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of product costing, plant accounting, and management information systems (MIS).
  • Expertise in SAP (FICO/MM), Microsoft Excel, and financial dashboards.
  • Experience in working in a multi-plant, high-speed manufacturing setup.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with 1-6 years of experience.
