
Education Sector Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Partnership Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that involves leading our efforts in expanding adoption of our English language learning, literacy and numeracy, and teacher coaching products in the Education sector.
- Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products to communicate their value to clients.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey the value of our offerings to clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
- Strong network across India.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
- Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other business tools.
- Ability to explore new opportunities and expand the clientele.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup.
- Immediate joiner.
- Open to travel as required.
