Job Title: Senior Partnerships Manager
Key Responsibilities:The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships to mobilize resources.
- Diversify funding streams by establishing relationships with institutional donors, corporate foundations, family foundations, and emerging models such as blended finance and innovative funding.
- Collaborate with thematic leads to co-create compelling pitches, proposals, and program designs that align with donor interests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential funders, including establishing the organization's presence with large international funders and primary recipients of multilateral organizations.
- Identify and track funding prospects using appropriate tracking tools.
- Play a key role in developing and maintaining databases of potential partners and funders for business development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-graduate qualification in Business Development or Management with demonstrable experience in fundraising.
- At least 10–15 years of experience in fundraising with Institutional Donors.
- Established connections within the industry, including institutional donors, corporate foundations, family foundations, and other new and innovative sources of funding.
