
Senior Technical Support Specialist

As a Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. This includes monitoring key performance indicators such as CPU usage, memory consumption, hard disk space, and log sizes on a regular schedule.

Responsibilities:- Monitor Infrastructure Performance: Regularly check CPU usage, memory consumption, hard disk space, and log sizes to ensure optimal system performance.
- Report Performance Issues: Notify the appropriate teams if any performance issues are detected beyond set thresholds.
- Schedule Task Monitoring: Verify that scheduled tasks on the system have been successfully completed.
- Task Rerun and Error Reporting: Re-run failed tasks and report technical errors to the L2/L3 teams for resolution.
- Ticket Management: Monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets, update them with initial responses, gather additional details from stakeholders as needed, reproduce issues in testing environments, and validate fixes based on customer feedback.
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least 3+ years of experience interacting with customers.
- L1 Support Experience: Manage application or infrastructure support at the L1 level for at least 3 years.
- IAM System Support: SailPoint or IAM system support experience is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in responding to customers within defined SLAs.
- Technical Background: Technical background in Java and scripting is an added benefit.
