As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via voice calls, addressing technical issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure complete satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to think critically will enable you to handle multiple calls efficiently and resolve complex issues.
Your expertise in managing high call volumes simultaneously will be invaluable in this role. You must be flexible to work in rotational night shifts, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support 24/7.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
- Bachelor's degree in any field
You should possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills. If you're relocating from outstation, we offer 15 days of accommodation to help you settle in.
