Job Position: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical support, customer service, and communication to provide remote assistance for our global teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking tickets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier I & II support for user management, hardware, and software systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively
  • Respond promptly to IT Help Desk requests
  • Configure local workstation settings
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees
  • Ensure equipment setup (computer, monitor, printers, docking station)
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses
  • Report issues for escalation to the Service Desk team

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in technical support and customer service
