
Senior Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
">- We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to deliver high-level customer service and ensure products meet customer expectations.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be capable of diagnosing code issues, and suggest effective alternatives.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide efficient customer service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer service expectations, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding the status and resolution progress.
- Troubleshoot installation and testing issues across various programming languages and build environments.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of known issues, workarounds, and solutions to enhance the efficiency of issue resolution.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 5 years of development experience in a customer-facing role with a software company.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Flexibility working EU or US time zone.
Technical Skills:
">- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, .NET and C# development technologies, WPF and WinForms, Azure DevOps integrations, scripting languages, and network protocols.
- Experience with test automation, mobile, and web development testing methods, as well as basic understanding of C++/QT and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Prioritizing remote troubleshooting methods, strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, along with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
