Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing level 1 application and technical support to users.
About the RoleThis position requires an individual who can provide technical assistance to clients, diagnose and troubleshoot application problems, and monitor and maintain production and development environments in Azure and Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver step-by-step technical guidance for international users.
- Maintain knowledge of cloud-based systems and application services.
- Work with relational databases, windows servers, and basic SQL programming.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures or knowledge bases.
- Administer IT service management processes, escalation procedures, and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in similar roles is preferred but not required.
The team has a flat, low-key, and fun work environment where you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas and skills to life and build your own career path. You will primarily work from Chennai, India through our partner (Greaves Technologies) with teams located across Norway, Denmark, UK, and USA.
