Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for Oracle EBS R12, with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support for Oracle EBS R12 users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across multiple layers of the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
- Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.
- Relevant Module Experience Required: Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA).
