Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our next-generation SAAS CRM platform.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve optimal results from our product. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
- Configure and troubleshoot our product to resolve customer technical issues
- Manage tickets from creation to closure within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze and create engineering bug reports or feature requests
- Educate customers on new product features and functionality
- Escalate complex issues to the engineering team when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing product or application support in the US region
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, or Zoho Helpdesk
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, databases, or SAAS-based web applications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Based in Chennai, with 1-3 years of experience in technical support or product support
