Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

  • Interacting with customers using various communication channels to resolve support incidents
  • Contact and resolve customer issues within target service level agreements
  • Documenting customer incidents with troubleshooting, root cause, and resolution information
  • FOLLOWING internal processes, policies, and guidelines on collaboration, escalation, and communication
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge base for faster resolution of incidents

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a technical support specialist include:

  • Troubleshooting technical problems and collaborating with internal teams
  • Delivering timely and high-quality incident resolution
  • Root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer
  • Contributing to internal knowledge base
  • Working closely with core engineering teams daily

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum experience of 1-3 years in product support business interacting with English-speaking customers over calls, emails, and chat preferably US-based
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Problem-solving skills and good troubleshooting acumen
  • Passion for technology and aptitude to ramp up on technical and business concepts
  • Ability to work in high-visibility, high-pressured scenarios
  • Familiarity with ticketing and tech support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce
  • Collaborative attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
