Hiring for a Technical Sales Officer role in Floor Coatings, based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets with desired business profitability.
- Develop individual territory plans to achieve sustained growth.
- Provide expert technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and product knowledge.
- Achieve accurate sales projections and minimize non-saleable stock accumulation.
- Stay up-to-date on competitors' product lines and pricing strategies.
- Apply sound negotiation skills to maximize profits.
- Maintain excellent relationships with end-users and accounts within the territory.
- Show thorough knowledge of the market and stay informed about new developments in the area.
- Strive to increase the customer base in a fluctuating market and maintain a steady influx of new customers.
- Manage all outstanding matters within the territory.
- Submit regular reports on individual contributions and overall performance as required by management.
- Work collaboratively within a team and aspire to take on additional responsibilities to drive growth.
Educational Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc or B.E./B.Tech
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing of floor coatings / any industrial b2b sales.
