About Our Client

Our client is a leading paint manufacturer globally, with a significant presence in India.

Hiring an experienced Technical Sales Officer for Floor Coating in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets with desired business profitability.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sustained growth.
  • Maintain sound technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and product information.
  • Provide accurate sales projections and indenting to avoid stock accumulation.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors' product lines and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate effectively to maximize profits.
  • Foster excellent relationships with end-users and accounts in the territory.
  • Stay informed about market developments and new projects.
  • Strive to increase the customer base in a fluctuating market.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding tasks in the territory.
  • Submit regular reports on individual contributions and overall performance as required by management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and seek opportunities for growth and additional responsibility.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc or B.E./B.Tech

Experience: 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience in floor coatings or industrial B2B sales

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly fixed salary + other benefits
  • Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer

Estimated Salary Range: ₹12-18 lakhs per annum
