* Showcase relevant products and provide personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction

* Develop strong rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication

* Process transactions efficiently and ensure accurate handling of customer payments and orders

* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth

">

* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards

">

* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales floor objectives and maintain high levels of customer service

">

Requirements:

">

* Strong command of both spoken and written English language skills

">

* Pleasant personality and excellent guest service skills

">

* Good knowledge of sales principles and techniques

">

* 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a retail or sales environment (preferred)

">

* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

">

* Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

">

Preferred Qualifications:

* Graduate degree in any field or related experience in sales/retail

">

* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
