The Opportunity
Our client, a renowned company in the FinTech industry, is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers a unique chance to develop and maintain effective AML programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
The Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective AML programs to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Proactively identify current/potential compliance issues and escalate them for timely remedial actions.
- Stay up-to-date on AML developments and best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all AML-related matters.
- Conduct training on compliance matters to raise awareness across the organization.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalate customer feedback as required.
The Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in AML/KYC Compliance or Customer Service, preferably in FinTech and Other Services.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-driven, working well in fast-paced environments.
- A strong team player, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable, thriving in changing environments.
