About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HubSpot, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, live chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to effectively resolve customer issues, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide support
  • Apply troubleshooting frameworks to diagnose and resolve technical queries
  • Identify and diagnose software issues to improve the customer experience
  • Utilize internal resources and tools to learn and adapt to a growing product and industry
  • Apply business acumen to identify opportunities to grow customer businesses
  • Collaborate with teams to retain and grow customers
