Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Postman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, enjoy resolving complex issues, and thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume queue of support tickets per week
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive problems through to resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Provide pre-sales support, triage sales leads, and handle customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support for a modern SaaS product
- Understanding of subscription billing in SaaS business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, JIRA, and Salesforce
Good to Have:
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for achieving workarounds or better solutions
- Familiarity with pricing & licensing and basic accounting skills
