Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or telephone, providing timely and accurate solutions.

Technical Knowledge: Possess excellent technical knowledge to troubleshoot software issues and understand customer queries.

Installation and Training: Conduct software installations and provide training to customers via on-call or online meetings.

Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Additional Skills: Good computer, Excel, and Google Sheets knowledge, with the ability to identify customer needs and conduct training as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and good computer skills.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist is preferred.

Perks and Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, with incentives based on performance.

Role: Full-time Customer Support and Relationship Maintenance.
