About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at Styleverse Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Log and classify all customer interactions in our customer relationship management system.
  • Filter and escalate customer inquiries to other departments as necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide status updates.
  • Follow established procedures to respond to major outages and communicate with customers.
  • Identify and report recurring issues and areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
  • BA/BS/BCom degree or equivalent.
  • Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to learn and become a product specialist.
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC-based internet, and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Time management and adherence to schedules.

Working Hours and Location:

Rotation shift and week offs. Work location: Bangalore.
