  • Develop campaign plans aligned with business objectives and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback.
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics.
  • Coach and guide team members on campaign best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
