Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities and manage key relationships in our travel & events vertical.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic sales leadership position that owns the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and managing long-term accounts. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, presenting tailored solutions to clients addressing their needs, and collaborating with operations teams for seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across travel, MICE, and events.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients addressing their needs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with operations teams for seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–6 years of proven B2B sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
