Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, prospect, generate leads, analyze industry trends, and assess customer needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, create persuasive sales presentations, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable business deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: MBA or any degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
About This Role:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of work experience as a Marketing Strategist in the IT field. Candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate should be willing to travel as needed and adapt to changing business priorities and market conditions.
