About the Role

This is a client-facing, results-driven position for someone who wants to drive business growth and success. As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Growth, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing sales cycles, and building relationships with existing clients.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies using multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

You will work closely with our delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects and share feedback to improve our services and pitches.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects.
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
