Agency Channel Business Development Manager

A leading health insurance company seeks a seasoned professional to drive business growth through the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team of financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular training, coaching, and guidance to enhance knowledge, skills, and selling capabilities.
  • Conduct ongoing product training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to help team members achieve their goals.
  • Drive business generation through effective sales strategies, tools, and resources.
  • Support advisors with sales enablement, product materials, and field assistance to ensure timely and effective sales.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agency sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong track record in recruitment and management of sales teams, particularly agents/advisors.
  • Candidates from the insurance, banking, or BFSI sectors are highly preferred.
  • Graduation is mandatory, and a stable career history is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
