
Customer Success Specialist

Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by delivering exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers' key stakeholders to understand their business goals and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance on how to achieve their objectives on our platform.
- Coordinate the completion of services required by our customers and provide timely, proactive guidance on new features and releases.
- Identify potential challenges and risks to our customers' implementation and communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate the value of our services to our customers and ensure that all stakeholders understand this value.
- During infrastructure service degradations or disruptions, provide regular updates and communications to key customer contacts and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Act as an advocate for our customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases to assist with timely resolution.
Requirements
- Expertise in Mulesoft or TIBCO OR Boomi is required.
- Flexibility in terms of shifts is required.
- 5+ years of experience building or supporting enterprise-grade Java-based or Integration or API Management systems involving cloud providers.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols such as TLS, HTTP , REST, Webservices, firewalls, web servers, proxy servers.
- Experience in Connectivity with Enterprise SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday etc.
- In-depth knowledge of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL.
- Experience in troubleshooting container and container management technologies such as Docker / Kubernetes.
