Job Description

The Customer Success Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise to develop and lead a team of Customer Success Managers, driving the delivery of our signature customer experience.
  • Strategically allocate Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead the execution of Signature offers across designated clouds, focusing on customer satisfaction and success metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and improving the value derived from their investments.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate high-risk customers, collaborating with internal teams for corrective actions.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and other Salesforce teams to foster cohesive relationships.
  • Collaborate with Renewals and Success Plan Sales teams to drive Signature Success Plan renewals and growth.
  • Empower team members to adhere to Signature Offer and Account Success goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in customer success or related roles, with at least 5 years of front-line leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer success teams, focusing on customized customer experiences.
  • Exceptional collaboration and outcome-driven skills, influencing conversations across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate complex discussions and handle objections effectively.
  • Knowledge in one or more lines of business.
  • Proactive risk management approach, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Drive key metrics related to Customer Success Score, Customer Satisfaction, and Signature Adoption.
