Job Description

As a customer advocate, you will build strong relationships with our customers and account teams. You will develop a deep understanding of their Salesforce implementation, share best practices, and provide proactive services to ensure their success.

You will serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for orchestrating all Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal. This includes cultivating and maintaining stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services for customers
  • Providing timely, proactive guidance on Salesforce features based on customer areas of interest
  • Acting as an advisor to customers on the adoption of new Salesforce features and identifying potential challenges and risks
  • Communicating the value of Signature Success and ensuring collaborators understand its benefits
  • Advocating for customers during high-severity case triage and resolution to facilitate timely issue resolution
  • Proactive Support & Enhancement: Conducting quarterly reviews, identifying trends, and providing tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • 8+ years of relevant industry expertise in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, SaaS platform use, or project leadership
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, as well as mapping business requirements into technical features
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to customers and internal partners
Benefits

  • +2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, personalization, advertising, and/or marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and applications, as well as the ability to articulate the value and benefits of Signature Success for Marketing Cloud
