Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely support and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, online chat, and phone calls.

Requirements:
