Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate (CSA) at PIQYU Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers throughout their healthcare journey. Your primary responsibilities include:
- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to customers to explain available tests, answer queries, and facilitate test bookings, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**: Provide assistance to customers who have already booked tests, including coordinating with phlebotomists for timely sample collections and ensuring smooth processing of tests.
- **Test Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient test collections as per customer requirements.
- **Report Sharing**: Responsible for sharing test reports with customers promptly once sample results are generated, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Customer Engagement**: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and foster long-term relationships.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, test bookings, and other relevant information in the company database.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
