Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and help them maximize the value they get from our platform
- Identify expansion opportunities and take them to closure
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and challenges
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their performance and success
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our offerings
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Experience working with customers in US time zones (preferred)
- Ability to meet revenue targets
- Prior experience working for SMBs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders
