Customer Growth Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Customer Growth Specialist to drive customer success and advocate for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers with integration support and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, driving growth from onboarding to strategic adoption.
  • Advise clients on effective ways to utilize our platform, leveraging your expertise in client-facing roles within SaaS.
  • Consult top internet companies on growth strategies, championing our product as an evangelist.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with clients or managed accounts across Technical, Presales, and Technical Account Management.
  • In-depth understanding of the mobile ecosystem and app marketing.
  • SaaS and B2B experience is essential.
  • Ability to empathize with customers, understand their requirements, and identify how our platform can add value.
  • Take ownership of post-sales relationships, driving customer growth and satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital.
