Sales Performance Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coach to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and materials on topics such as sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and skill gaps to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to Advisors to help them improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales coaching, training, or management.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to effectively teach and reinforce these concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate others, and provide constructive feedback.
A competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
