Sales Performance Coordinator

- Team Incentives: Communicate individual and collective sales targets to promote a sense of responsibility and encourage teamwork.
- Shift Scheduling: Allocate shifts based on market demand to optimize sales performance.
- Customer Management: Maintain accurate customer records on our database and share relevant information with staff to enhance customer experience.
- Troubleshooting: Address technical or sensitive customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Staff Development: Provide training and support to new hires and existing staff to ensure consistent performance standards.
- Workplace Efficiency: Maintain a distraction-free work environment by minimizing noise levels and interruptions.
- Telecommunications: Regularly inspect phone connections to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Performance Reporting: Submit regular updates on key achievements and challenges faced.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Prior completion of a marketing-related training program is desirable.
We provide a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, allowing you to grow your career at Call For Jobs.
