Sales Performance Catalyst

Firstsource, a leading provider of customized Business Process Management (BPM) services, seeks an experienced Sales Coach to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs to onboard new hires and enhance the skills of existing team members.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Process and possess a strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices. You will be expected to conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and skill gaps to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of existing team members.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to Advisors to help them improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
- Collaborate with Operations team to develop customized coaching plans for underperforming team members and monitor progress towards improvement.
- Create and deliver engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and materials on topics such as sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and product knowledge.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new sales methodologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of sales training programs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Process.
- Proven experience in sales coaching, training, or management.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies to meet the needs of diverse sales teams.
