About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Officer to join our team at Supro Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and sales velocity.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, services, and market trends.
