Sales Performance Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Performance Leader to drive platform expansion and sales initiatives at Mantra.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for Mantra's platform solutions.
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to generate leads.
Sales Execution
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our platform.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiating terms and closing deals with a focus on solution-based selling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform product development based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and forecasts using CRM systems.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our platform and network with potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-9 years of experience in technology sales, specifically within platform sales or SaaS environments.
- Documented success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, including solution selling.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
