Vigilant Technologies seeks a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Generation:
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will identify potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. They must present and sell products or services to prospective customers while meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
The successful Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with customers by handling inquiries, providing relevant information, and resolving any issues. Regular follow-ups with clients will be necessary to assess their satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Research:
They will keep track of market trends, competitor products, and pricing. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs is also essential. The Sales Executive will provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Sales Planning:
In this role, the Sales Executive will develop sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be necessary to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Accurate reports on sales performance must be prepared and presented to management.
- Negotiation and Closing:
The ideal candidate will negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Closing sales deals effectively will be crucial to achieving success in this position.
Qualifications- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required, with industry-specific experience being beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools is essential.
The base salary for this position is ₹3.6 Lakhs – ₹6.00 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, location, and industry. In addition to the base salary, there are performance-based incentives, including bonuses based on target achievement.
