  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate individual and overall sales targets to foster team accountability.
    • Assign shifts to align with the target market's availability.
    • Update customer details on our database and share this information with staff.
    • Address technical or serious questions and complaints from customers.
    • Train new hires and monitor staff performance to ensure consistency.
    • Maintain a distraction-free work environment for staff and clients.
    • Regularly inspect telephone connections to ensure optimal performance.
    • Report on significant achievements and challenges.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Completion of a marketing-related training program is highly desirable.
