Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced US Staffing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence, penetrate new markets, and achieve growth objectives in the US staffing industry.
- Business Development: Personally engage in high-level business development activities to secure key accounts and drive new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in staffing sales, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role within the US staffing market.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including client demands, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
