Job Title: HCM Implementation Specialist
Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Job Description:
- Lead project implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR.
- Drive the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Configure and maintain timecard layouts and time attributes.
- Time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies,
- Integrations with Human Capital Management (HCM),
- Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations,
- Integrations with third-party applications,
- Reports and HCM Extracts,
- Manage security setup and Areas of Responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Configuring and maintaining timecard layouts and time attributes;
- Time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies;
- Integrations with HCM;
- Developing and enhancing Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations;
- Integrations with third-party applications;
- Reports and HCM Extracts;
